Suggestion: I understand and respect company policies, but I genuinely believe that if testers were sent based on customer preferences, there’s a strong chance (90% or more) that the customer would return to purchase that fragrance. For example, the testers I received (Utopia & Demure) were decent, but not quite my taste and I understand fragrance preferences vary from person to person.
It would be great if you could consider sending testers from your top sellers or most-requested options with orders in the future. This small step could have a big impact on the customer experience.
